Never leave a message waiting
Every DM and comment receives an immediate, relevant response around the clock, in the language and script the customer used.

Case study · Lead Qualification
Mix Info was receiving more inbound conversations than one person could answer. We connected its social channels, product knowledge, and CRM so every enquiry gets an immediate answer and every buyer reaches sales with context attached.
reduction in first-response time, calculated conservatively at 15 seconds.
The bottleneck
Mix Info is a furniture retailer in Uzbekistan whose paid social campaigns turn attention into conversations. Customers ask about price, stock, delivery, and payment before they are ready to buy.
The queue could receive 200+ messages in a day, in Russian and Uzbek, while one person handled it. By the time Corpus Loop joined the project, the unanswered backlog had reached 8,000+ enquiries.
amoCRM already stored the leads. What it could not do was answer immediately, understand the customer’s language, qualify intent, and give the sales team a conversation worth continuing.
The operating model
The system was designed to remove waiting and repetitive triage without removing judgement from the sales process.
Every DM and comment receives an immediate, relevant response around the clock, in the language and script the customer used.
The agent answers from Mix Info’s approved knowledge and product data. If the answer is not there, the conversation goes to a person.
When buying intent appears, the system collects a name and phone number, updates amoCRM, and gives the team a qualified conversation to continue.

amoCRM
Contact capture, status, takeover
Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram messages land in one pipeline with the relevant conversation history.
The agent interprets text, voice notes, and shared reels to understand what the customer is asking about.
It retrieves approved prices, stock, delivery, and warranty information and responds in the right language.
Buying intent triggers contact capture, a CRM stage update, and a clear handoff to the sales team.
Customers do not arrive in clean form fields. They send one-word questions, voice notes, shared product posts, and public comments. The system had to understand that behaviour before it could qualify anyone reliably.
Uzbek replies stay in the customer’s chosen Latin or Cyrillic script instead of switching mid-conversation.
Spoken questions are transcribed and handled through the same grounded response flow as typed messages.
When someone shares a product post and asks for the price, the system reads the post context before replying.
Public questions receive a concise response that moves the conversation into DMs without exposing private offers.
Outside business hours, the agent captures contact details and sets the expectation for a sales callback.
A CRM tag pauses automation on any conversation, allowing a salesperson to step in without competing replies.
The result
The strongest result is also the most defensible one: customers moved from waiting more than an hour to receiving a useful first response in seconds.
A >99.7% reduction using 15 seconds as the conservative endpoint.
24/7
response and qualification coverage across working and after-hours traffic.
200+
daily inbound enquiries the qualification system was designed to accommodate.
8,000+
unanswered messages cleared from the accumulated backlog.
3
inbound channels connected to one knowledge-grounded qualification flow.
The response-time calculation uses 15 seconds as a conservative endpoint because replies were delivered below that threshold. The operating-volume and backlog figures are based on the client-provided project baseline.
I really appreciated the proactive approach — not just following instructions, but asking the right questions and suggesting better solutions when needed. Communication was clear and timely, and all deadlines were met.
A reusable qualification pattern
The channels and CRM can change. The pattern remains the same: answer immediately, qualify against your rules, and hand your team the conversations worth pursuing.
